Hello. I am a quiet, tidy, kind & emotionally intelligent work from home full-time professional. Currently I split my time equally between my home on the Central Coast and the Northern Beaches (AirBnb). I have been commuting back and forth for 7 years.

Although AirBnbs offer flexibility, I am finding that the costs and logistics are becoming too much. I would prefer to have a permanent second home (share house or granny flat) where I can set up a work from home station, have a comfortable bed, know where to park, feel safe and at home.

I love animals and have a small housetrained dog whom I usually bring along with me, however that isn't a deal breaker. He is a loving Dachshund, sleeps at my feet all day and LOVES children. He is dog friendly and cat friendly too. In fact, he is a little obsessed with cats and will insist that any cat becomes his new very best friend.

I have 2 young teenage children who attend a private school on the Northern Beaches. I share 50/50 care with their father and he lives on the Northern Beaches.

I am looking for a home that:

- Offers a large bedroom with ensuite or private bathroom
- A yard or garden as I love being outside and in nature.
- Other tenants in the home are mature females (children and pets no problem for me at all).
- A great kitchen as I love cooking and am happy to cook meals on the days that I am there.
- A positive energy, easy going, sense of humour, collaborative environment.
- Would be ok to have my sons (either or both) come over after school for dinner and homework.
- Is ok that I would only be there every second week.

What living with me would look like:
- Arrive Sunday evening and stay for the week, leaving on Saturday or Sunday (to return to my Central Coast home).
- I would be by myself and spend the afternoon settling back in, putting food in fridge, catching up with you and letting you know my plans for the week (to make sure you are ok with plans that may impact you)
- In the mornings, I shower, go out to get a coffee and then return to log on for my work day (happy to set desk up in my room or a private area that does not intrude)
- I work very hard and spend most of my day on video calls. Work day finishes around 5pm.
- Between 5 and 6, I would meet my sons out for dinner or they would come over for a cooked dinner, homework in a non intrusive area and then drive them back to their fathers around 8.30pm

No drama, reasonable, fair, kind, animal lover, easy going. Happy to chat and laugh, but understands the need for space and privacy.

I would prefer to bring my own bed/bedroom furniture/desk etc unless the bed supplied is super dooper comfy.
With regards to food, I prefer vegetarian however I do cook chicken/fish/beef for my children so eat that too. I love cooking and am happy to share meal planning and cooking for the time that I am there. I also clean up after myself and am happy to have a cleaning schedule so that expectations are clear upfront and we can enjoy the dynamic/living together.
