My name is Ben, I am originally from the UK and currently living by Bondi Beach. I am relocating to Perth in the new year and looking to move into a property around Subiaco, Highgate, Leederville, Cottlesloe, Freemantle etc.
I am 27 and originally from Liverpool in England. I am a clean, tidy and respectful person so will treat the property with the upmost respect. I enjoy a drink at the pub and a night out, but I like to have my own space so would not be looking for a flat share where house parties are common.
I am quite an active person, regularly going to the gym and going on runs. I am looking to get into a bit of surfing whilst I am in Australia so it would be great if you enjoy some days on the beach now that winter is behind us!

Important personal qualities
I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate. I am sociable and outgoing so would like to be able to go and explore Perth, and do some activities. I love to cook, so house meals would be a bonus! Love a night in just as much as a night out so being able to have chilled nights. I am past the point where I want to be hosting house parties!

Happy to share some food but I would be buying my own items as well. I currently have some bedroom furniture (bedside tables only) and kitchen equipment, so moving into a fully furnished accommodation would be my preference.
