Hi, I’m Suzy 😊

I’m a respectful, friendly and clean professional working full-time in the city as an accountant. I’ve recently moved into a full-time role and am looking to relocate closer to the CBD with better transport links and no more than 30 minute commute.

I’m easygoing, communicative and considerate, and I take pride in keeping my home clean, tidy and comfortable. I’m reliable when it comes to shared responsibilities and respectful of other people’s space and routines. I’m always happy to have a friendly chat, but equally appreciate having my own downtime.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active and usually go to the gym or Pilates after work. I’m also quite outdoorsy and love hiking, going to the beach, watching sunsets and exploring new food spots around Sydney as well as visiting my sister and nephews on the weekend. I’m not someone who spends all my time at home, but when I am home I really value having a clean, calm and relaxed space to recharge.

I’m looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. Ideally, I’m looking for either my own unit/studio or a share with only one other person, with my own private bathroom being important to me. Ideally I’d like a big room with no smaller than a double bed and good storage units for my things.
I’m open to a long-term rental and now have a 482 visa which gives me 3 years so I’m looking for somewhere I can genuinely settle into. That said, I’d ideally prefer a shorter initial lease if possible, just to make sure the property and living arrangement are the right fit for everyone before committing longer term.

I’m considerate, financially responsible and looking for a home where everyone can feel comfortable and respected. 😊

Friendly, kind, clean and respectful

I prefer to arrange my own food and buy my own stuff. obviously if you need to borrow some salt or some milk, not a problem. Id prefer furnishings but I am flexible.
