For me, a good flatmate is someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I really value people who are mindful of shared spaces and who communicate well. I’m pretty social and love a good laugh or shared dinner/drink, but I also appreciate downtime and personal space — and I think a great flat strikes that balance. Ideally, I’m looking to live with people who are chilled, friendly, and happy to keep the vibe of the flat relaxed and comfortable for everyone.
