I currently live between between Sydney and Newcastle, spend mostly friday to tuesday out of sydney. I have been renting a house in Croydon which I would like to downsize out of as I am not around enough. I work mostly out of home but have the occasional client at home. I get up early to go to the gym , I'm tidy, clean, reliable, love to cook and eat out. I love animals and recently lost my elderly dog so happy with any furry companions. I would prefer my own bathroom ,and ground floor or lift.

I am clean, tidy and respectful of communal space. I am happy to have a chat and a coffee when I'm around, but am pretty busy with friends ,family and work.. I wouldn't be around most weekends so you would have the place to yourself a lot!

I would be downsizing a house full of stuff, so could bring pretty much anything, or not depending on what you need / have. I tend to eat out a reasonable amount and also like to prepare and eat healthy food.
