Hi there ! I am Sydney local who is looking for a long term accomodation on the lower north shore. I work normal business hours and out on Saturday's on the harbour. I work in logistics so working from home is not an option. In the past, I have rented and had flatmates from US, AU and NZ. Due to rental being so high, I am now lookng to either team up or find a decent size room preferably with separate bathroom. I am fun, easy going and considerate and enjoy life. Most days I eat outside, however, if there's a decent kitchen then I would be cooking occasionaly and happy to share my meal. Always up for a conversation and also can keep to myself. Other than that, I enjoy the outdoors especially spring and summer and indoors during winter. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Please note: I will need a parking as I have my own car. Also, I have my own bedoom furniture, television and stand hence will need the room empty. I have a new washing machine too.
