About this person
Alright legends – I’m Harry, 25, from the UK and officially winging it in Australia 🇬🇧➡️🇦🇺
Tradie by day (metal roofer – I make buildings look good from above), working full-time 7am to 3:30pm. So I’m up with the birds, home early, and usually trying to decide between gym, nap, or pub.
It’s my first time living abroad, so I’m figuring it all out as I go – from finding the best local takeaway to not getting sunburnt in 10 minutes. I’m here to graft, but also to explore, meet sound people, and enjoy everything Oz has to offer… except spiders. Not keen on them.
I’m tidy, easy-going, and always up for a laugh. Big fan of dogs – if there’s one in the house, I’ll be their new favourite within 24 hours. I won’t steal your food, your shampoo, or your thunder. Just maybe your dog’s love.
Looking for a decent house with good vibes, banter, and flatmates who know how to strike the right balance between chill and fun. Bonus points if there’s a BBQ, a dog, or a beer fridge.
Hit me up if you think I’d fit in – or if you just wanna compare British and Aussie slang.

Compatible people
I’m a good flatmate because I’m clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I’ve lived in shared houses before, so I understand the importance of pulling my weight – keeping common areas tidy, paying bills on time, and being mindful of others’ routines and space.
I’m reliable and down-to-earth, with a good sense of humour and a chilled-out attitude. I enjoy a bit of chat and socialising, but I also respect people’s need for quiet and downtime – especially after long workdays.
What matters most to me in a house is mutual respect, honesty, and a relaxed, friendly vibe. I think it’s important that everyone feels comfortable and at home – whether we’re catching up over a meal or just doing our own thing.

Food sharing and furniture
Food-wise: I’m good on the whole – not a fussy eater, and I actually back myself as a bit of a cook. I love making food for friends and family back home, and there’s something proper satisfying about watching people enjoy a meal you’ve made. I mostly cook for myself, but I’m always up for the occasional house dinner if everyone’s keen. My creamy chicken pasta is a bit of a crowd-pleaser – just saying.
Furniture-wise: I’m moving over from the UK, so I’ll be starting fresh. If the room’s already furnished, ideal. If not, I’ll happily sort out the basics once I’m settled.
