About this person
Hi, I’m a 29-year-old Aussie guy currently living in Sydney. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful, someone who values a calm and tidy living environment. I’m on the Disability Support Pension, so I have stable fortnightly income and always pay rent on time.
I spend most of my time studying (WHS Cert IV), going to the gym, and working on my personal goals. I’m not a party person, don’t bring drama, and I keep to myself, but I’m also friendly and down for a chat here and there. I’m very mindful about shared spaces and always clean up after myself.
Ideally, I’m looking for a private room (preferably with an ensuite) in a place that’s clean, quiet, and respectful. I’m happy to provide references, proof of income, or anything else needed.

Important personal qualities
To me, a good flatmate is someone who’s respectful, clean, and easy to live with. I value people who are considerate of shared spaces, and do their part around the house.
I appreciate honesty, good communication, and people who respect personal space and boundaries. It’s also important that everyone feels comfortable and safe in their home, no drama, just mutual respect. I don’t need to be best friends with my flatmates, but being friendly and easygoing goes a long way.

Food sharing and furniture
I prefer to arrange my own meals, I meal prep and keep things pretty simple, so it’s easier for me to manage my own food. I’m not vegetarian or vegan.
I don’t have any living room furniture, but I’m happy to contribute to shared items if needed.
