I’m a female in my early 20s from South Korea, currently living in Sydney. I’m studying at a school here and will be working from September.
I’m looking for a women only place with a minimum stay of around 3 months.
That said, I’m planning to stay in Sydney for about a year, so if I feel comfortable living there, I’d definitely be happy to stay longer.
I’m flexible with the move-in date and would prefer to move in as soon as possible
As a housemate, I'm tidy, respectful, quiet, and easy-going. I'm a non-smoker, drink socially but rarely, and I'm not a party person. I see home as a place to relax, and I don't cook much.
Back in Korea, I lived in a rented houses for years and always had a great relationship with landlords. I have enough savings and will be starting work soon, so there's no concern about falling behind on rent. I'm clean, organised, and highly responsible.
