Hi! I’m Ian, 29, originally from Ireland and currently living in Sydney. I work full-time in tech and am looking for a short-term sublet while I’m based here.
I’m an early riser with an active, healthy lifestyle. I’m into the gym and running, and during the week I split my time between working from home and the office. I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I enjoy a calm, comfortable home environment.
Outside of work, wakeboarding and beach swims are very much my thing. I head out to wakeboard in Penrith most Saturdays, so I’m usually gone for most of the day. I also try to get in a few sea swims during the week — Mahon Pool in Maroubra is my favourite. Sundays are generally for chilling out or catching up with friends.
I’ve lived in shared houses before and get on well with different personalities. I don’t smoke, rarely drink at home, and I’m reliable with rent and bills.
Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished room in a clean, comfortable place with like-minded housemates. Happy to meet up or jump on a call to see if it’s a good fit.
