Looking for 1 person to join me in finding a 3 bedroom house in the shire (closer to the beach the better).
Male or maybe female - 40-55 yo i'd say is the best match.
Happy to pay up to $450 p/w rent.
I can be ready to move in 2-3 weeks.. have plenty of the basics for the home.. Fridge, Washer, Dryer, Lounge, small dining table, coffee table.
Im a single guy, early fifties, easygoing and enjoy being active, from outdoor workouts, to tennis, tai chi, walk, jog or bike rides, yet enjoy my chill time at home to.
The house is our home so not up for alot of visitors, yet a partner is fine... and of course social gatherings are fine too from time to time.
I work as administrator / allrounder at a local shire business full time.
Main reason for this move is to live in a house with a backyard suitable for a dog... just a small to medium size one that I plan to own.
