I’m Carlota, 28, from Barcelona (Spain), and I’m moving to Sydney at the beginning of January with a Work and Holiday Visa. I’m looking for a room from around the 7th of January in a shared flat or house in the Eastern Suburbs, ideally close to the beach.
Areas like Bondi, Bondi Junction, Coogee, Rose Bay, or Clovelly would be perfect.
I’m planning to stay until April.
💸 Budget: $250–$400 per week (bills included) — flexible depending on the place.

I’m calm, tidy, and responsible, and I appreciate living in a home with a friendly, relaxed vibe.
I’ll be looking for a job in hospitality once I arrive — cafés, restaurants, bars, etc.
In my free time, I enjoy Pilates, cooking, exploring cafés and restaurants, reading, long beach walks, dinners with a glass of wine, and staying active outdoors.

Important personal qualities
I’m easy to live with — tidy, respectful, and I like a calm home. I take care of shared spaces and I’m mindful of other people’s routines. I don’t have any problem socialising and getting along with people, but I also appreciate having my own space.
Food sharing and furniture
I can arrange my own food. I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, and I don’t have any living room furniture. I’ll be on a working holiday visa and moving, so I’m not planning to buy any furniture.
