’m Marissa and I’m 22, I just graduated from University back home in Canada and am now in Sydney for work! I am looking for a long term rental (3-6 months maybe longer) for the end of December in the Manly, Fairlight, and Balgowlah area, as long as it’s close to the beach I’ll be happy. My budget is max ~$430 pw (could negotiate) and I would prefer a private room however I am easy going and would be open to a shared room with another gal as well.
