I’m Emery (they/them), 30yo and I’ve just finished full-time music study. Currently I work casually in events, which mostly involves weekends + sometimes weeknights. I plan to transition (back) into part-time community work, with freelance music work on top. My freelance work is usually flexible, and it’s mostly WFH.
Because I WFH I’d need enough room for a desk and digital piano. I also get around by PT so 5-10 mins walk to a train station is ideal, otherwise proximity to reliable buses/light rail etc is needed.

I like being out in nature or a beach, seeing live music, going to community events, and being with friends. I often appreciate quiet time at home, with occasional guests & wholesome social times like watching a tv series together. I value home being a comfortable, relaxing, homely, & safe environment where we care about each other!

I tend to make all my own food, but I like the idea of occasional shared/communal meals (and have missed this from previous sharehouses I’ve been in). I’m vegan
I’d be looking for somewhere that already has most communal furniture, however I could potentially bring a table + chairs, fridge, & washing machine.
I have my own plants / love greenery. Ideally I’d find somewhere with a nice nature-y view. I definitely need a good amount of natural light 🌳 🌞
