Hiya,
We're a down to earth couple who've recently moved from Scotland. We're looking to sublet a room from mid-Jan onwards (flexible).
While in the flat we're both easygoing and used to the shared living lifestyle. We enjoy cooking together, reading and relaxing with a good film/TV series. We enjoy active lifestyles which means we're out the flat a lot - even more so in Australia. We play racket sports and enjoy hikes & camping in the outdoors at the weekends. We're non-smokers in the house and considerate of noise. A clean home is a happy home! Always like to clean up after ourselves and are respecful of shared spaces. We get on well with others while valuing personal space.
Matthew is 27 and Gabriella is 25. Matthew is looking for work in the renewable energy industry and may do some work labouring in the meantime. Gabriella is looking for work in retail. We're financially prepared, with savings set aside to comfortably cover rent for a few months while we look for work.
