Hi, my name is Julia, I’m 26 years old and I’m looking for a flat or shared apartment while I’m in Sydney for a semester abroad. I’m an outgoing and open-minded person who enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, cooking and baking, and socialising with others. I’m looking for a shared flat that is more than just a place to live, and I’d be happy to hang out together, cook, or occasionally go out and explore the city.

For me, a good flatmate is respectful, communicative and considerate. Cleanliness in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom is important to me, as I feel most comfortable when these areas are kept tidy. Otherwise, I’d say I’m fairly relaxed and not overly strict.
I’m a cheerful and positive person and usually enjoy being social, but I also have phases where I like to be a bit quieter and recharge on my own. I really enjoy spending time together in the flat, for example cooking, having shared evenings or doing activities together, while also respecting each other’s space.

Food sharing and furniture
As I am coming from abroad and just stay a fixed time I am in desperate need of furniture! A bed a wardrobe and a desk are kinda must have.
I’m flexible when it comes to food sharing and happy to adapt to my flatmates’ preferences, whether vegetarian, vegan or not. I enjoy cooking together and sharing meals. I don’t have living room furniture with me, as I’ll be moving from abroad.
