Hi I'm Tony! I'm an incumbent international master's student in Sydney with a background in personal training and gym instructing (also a bit of corporate as my old job). I'm quite active but I like to keep my space tidy and clean as I'm quite conscious of common or shared spaces. I also like to meet new people and learn more about different cultures. I think a good flatmate helps keep the space safe and respects the things that the other person owns. Asking permission for the use of items that aren't theirs and checking in with their other flatmates is a good way of maintaining healthy boundaries.
Food sharing and furniture
I think separating most food is a requirement for me (besides some spices or seasoning). Dividing the fridge into sections would probably be the most efficient way to do it. On food limitations, I don't have any issues with other food as long as it does not have any impact on health.
