A bit about me:
- I’m 29 years old
- I work full time in software design, and I’m in the office 2-3 days per week.
- Outside of work I love coffee, music - i.e. going to gigs, hiking, and doing a bit of dance. I also love to work on my own technology projects.
I lived in various different flatshares in the past and am quite house trained. I don’t have many possessions currently, just a bed, a computer screen, a kettle, a guitar and some clothes, so would be comfy in a furnished room, or unfurnished. I like to keep my future flexible, even if it is quite stable, so would prefer sublet arrangements, but am open to jumping on a lease for the right place and people.
Also Ideally I’d like to find a place within the $350-450 range. But understand that rent prices for nice places are crazy these days.

I do think it’s nice to have quality social experiences with housemates, I’ve lived with people in the past who have become best friends, and I’ve also lived with people in which our relationship is like ships in the night. I do prefer being friendly, but understand that people need their space as well, particularly in their home. (Myself included!)
