About this person
We’re a British couple, both 29 years old currently on the working holiday visa looking for a ~2 month sublet anywhere in the eastern suburbs (but can be flexible).
We’re both non-smokers with no pets or children. We are super clean, friendly and organised people - we will be easy to live with! We’ve been through our fair share of house shares over the years whilst living in London so we know how to get along well with people and make sharing a house an enjoyable experience. We’d also be very keen for a studio / apartment to sublet from 6th Feb - beginning of April but can be flexible about dates - please reach out even if you only have something going for a few weeks!
We will be working in hospitality and construction with jobs secured for the duration of the time we will be in Sydney.
We love socialising with friends and having a beer/prosecco in the sun, but balancing that with being sensible people that love the outdoors and sports (mainly netball and rugby league!)

Compatible people
We’re very clean, communicative and friendly people and would love to share a flat with others similar to us! We are easy going, social, switched on and respectful people, and we’ve lived in lots of house shares and therefore understand how to make living together an enjoyable and easy experience!
Food sharing and furniture
We are not vegetarians or vegans. We will likely make our own food but willing to eat meals together if that’s something flat mates would enjoy, and more than happy to do some shared cooking on the weekend (if preferable!). We would need furniture to be included in the property ideally as we don’t own anything.
