Hey I'm Chris, 32, currently working as a Support worker on a casual basis (so full disclosure it fluctuates a fair bit). 😠I've lived in Zetland for 5 years and sad to see it go. I'll be coming alone, and with a car which I need for work.
I am not a party person but I love to socialise and make friends. I like to get to know my flatmates and you'll probably be invited to the odd sports event or music gig I go to if I don't have anyone to bring along.
My main interests outside of sport and music are gym, staying healthy but otherwise I am at home watching YouTube, TV or putting on a movie on a Friday or Saturday night. Love a pub feed or walk too! I'm very clean and tidy and pay rent on time. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly as I have lived with a gay man for 2 years and have a lot of close friends in the community.

Someone who values communication, trust and respecting boundaries. I don't mind you having people over just as long as you let me know in advance. Happy to share chores and organise a schedule.
I've had bad experiences recently so setting boundaries is really important to me atm. I would like to sign a contract with whoever I'm moving with. Doesn't have to be fancy just for peace of mind.

Food sharing and furniture
I don't mind food sharing, but I cook pretty average dishes so you probably wouldn't like what I make 🤣 I will come with a 65 inch TV that can either go in my room or in the living room. I'll also come with a queen size bed and a few smaller storage items I got from IKEA.
Description of pets
I don't come with a pet. But I have lived with a roughly 12-13 year old (she's a rescue so we don't know) Staffy-mix the last 2 years. Because she's a rescue she is usually really anxious around everyone but actually got used to me and let's me look after her when my roommate had to go away for work. I love dogs so I'll be happy to look after your dog but don't mind cats either!
