Hello my name is Lorenzo.

Currently looking for a place price range between 300 - 420 for long term prefer 3-12 months. I recently graduated and work full time in retail. I have a pet cat who is quiet and low maintenance for me. I keep a clean living environment and do a big clean once a week bathroom common areas etc. I’m generally quiet when I’m at home and would get home after 8 pm during working days Tuesday - Saturday.

I’m having to move as current landlords are selling so if anything becomes available and is suitable my move date can be flexible.

In my down time you can find me enjoying playing games online with friends flight simulator 2024 or watching tv shows and movies (I’m really into my sci fi and comedy’s. I’d like to say I’m quite social, I love cooking and sometimes enjoy cooking for housemates. I usually cook Asian cuisine.

I have my own furniture a double bed desk and washing machine but if there’s already one provided I can sell the one I have.
Description of pets
I have a 2 year old male domestic shorthair cat named fufu. I’ve had him since he was 3 months old. To this day I’ve yet to hear him meow he’s oddly enough extremely quiet even when I leave home. I’ve good references for places he’s lived with me at. He’s fully de-sexed and up to date with vaccinations and regularly treated for fleas and worms. I clean his litter box one to two times a day depending on usage and have an air purifier specifically for the litter box to limit any oders. I also have a pretty good vacuum cleaner to keep on top of hair.
