My name is Lara (30), and I’m currently looking for an ensuite room, studio, or a private room in Sydney. My maximum budget is $400 per week including bills but of course I’d be happy to find something a bit cheaper.

I’m starting a new job on Monday, so I’ll be working Monday to Friday and usually need to wake up early in the mornings. Because of that, I appreciate a calm and respectful living environment during the week. On weekends I’m generally free.

I’m an easygoing and respectful person who always pays rent on time and is considerate of the people I live with. I enjoy going to the gym and living a healthy routine. Occasionally (maybe once a month or so) I like going out in the evening, but overall I’m someone who also enjoys having my own space and a quiet lifestyle.
That said, I’m always happy for a small chat in the kitchen or even doing something together from time to time.
