I’m a 35-year-old Egyptian calls Australia home 🏡.

Ex F16 Pilots Coach in the Air Force. Currently a financial and business consultant and NLP Therapist.

I’ve been blessed enough to travel to over 35 countries before I moved to Australia 2 years ago.

Now looking for a long-term, cozy, clean, friendly, consi derate, warm and easygoing home environment.

I value a home that feels like a sanctuary where everyone is respectful of boundaries but happy to share a laug and good times.

A bit about my lifestyle:

* Clean & Minimalist: I keep my belongings mostly to my room and always cleaning after myself at any private or shared space. I like it clean and good smiling.. But don't feel stressed if you feel lazy to wash the dishes at night.. They won't run.. You can do it tomorrow 😊 I don't like complaining. I like everyone do what they can.. No pressure.

* Low Impact: I’m not a heavy kitchen user, I’m mindful of utilities, and I usually only do laundry once every ten days.

* Reliable: Rent is always on time. I’m a non-smoker, occasional social drinker, I don't have pets, and no any religious retuals.

But I don't mind you smoking, drinking, practising, being wear free, or do anything that please you at any common area. You should always feel home too. Happy and comfortable.

* Handy to have around: I’m great with housere fixes, car maintenance, and electronics. I’m always happy to pitch in.

The Vibe:
I’m non-religious and a bit spiritual, focusing on a peaceful and positive lifestyle. I have a quality circle of friends in Sydney, so I’m socially active, but at home, I love to switch between personal time and relaxed group chat and activities. (cooking, movies, drink, music, game night... Etc)

I’m a big believer in "living and let live" no controlling vibes or strict rules, just mutual respect and good energy.

Considering that I'm a man who appreciates women and socially active. Currently single, I will be inviting my date to my room in weekends or so.

But I don't invite friends and parties at home unless that is what you want as well. I don't mind you doing inviting anyone 😊 Just keep it mindful of each other.
