Hi, I'm Joseph
I am a 19YO student athlete, rowing for UTS and studying at USYD (I know, strange right). I cook all my food and I like I also keeping the place clean. My policy is cook, then clean. I would also like my flatmates to follow the same policy 😁. I am looking for a single place but I also have a friend who is looking for somewhere so keep me on notice for 2 rooms as well.
I also occasionally play saxophone during work hours when people aren't home.
Some important things for me are: Ability to use living space at 5am for brekkie without disrupting other people, plenty of fridge space, and working washing machine (dryer optional). Internet is also important as it is required these days to study.
