When it comes to food, I usually meal prep my breakfasts, lunches, and dinners during the week to suit my routine. That said, I’m definitely open to sharing food in the right setting especially for communal dinners, BBQs, or the occasional shared meal. I enjoy a balanced approach where everyone feels comfortable and food sharing happens naturally rather than being expected.
