I hope you’re doing well. I’m Rachit Rambhia, a student currently based in India and will be arriving in Sydney around the 20th of May. I’m looking for accommodation for approximately 9 weeks. I am a 21 years student who would be working at UNSW for a short period of time. I enjoy hiking, travelling and am more into fitness.
I wanted to check if the property is available during this period and to get more details about the housing. Cleanliness and hygiene are extremely important to me—I am very particular about maintaining a clean, organized, and well-kept living space at all times, both personally and in shared areas. I am mindful of respecting the property and ensuring it is kept in excellent condition.
