I’m 24 working as a software engineer in North Sydney.
I moved up from Melbourne about 2 years ago for work and have lived in a sharehouse in the North Shore since then, unfortunately they’re moving on to bigger and better things in becoming homeowners so I’m looking for a new place to call home long term.
I leave home for gym and work at 6-7 ish and get home around 5-6. For about 12 weeks of the year I’m away for projects so you’ll see me come and go a fair bit.
On my weekends I play AFL for the north shore, and in the summer I enjoy a day trip to the beach.
I don’t smoke, am reliable with bills and shared expenses, and have been living in share houses for ~7 years now so I’m seasoned in sharing house chores and shared living etiquette.
I’ll be in overseas until August from June 18 but can pay rent while I’m away so I’ve got a place to move into when I’m back

Compatible people
I’m fairly sociable and would prefer to live with people who are the same, but after work I’ll usually wind down by myself and go to bed fairly early. If there’s footy or a good movie on the TV I’ll come out occasionally and join in and I enjoy eating in or going out for dinner with those I live with as well.
