Hi there! I am a 23-year-old nursing student from Taiwan looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home. I’m a native Mandarin speaker and completely fluent in English. As a tenant and roommate, I am exceptionally clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I value a quiet environment, don't throw parties, and will never bring friends back to the property, ensuring everyone’s privacy and peace of mind.

Clean & Mindful: I am neat, organized, and love minimalist, modern design. I keep things tidy and enjoy filling my space with pleasant fragrances and fresh flowers.

Fitness & Sports: While I'm not an athlete myself, I love watching all kinds of sports competitions. I am also currently getting back into a regular fitness and gym routine.

Music Lover: My playlist is incredibly diverse—I listen to Mandopop, J-pop, K-pop, Afrobeat, Jazz, and Soul, with a massive soft spot for 90s and 2000s R&B.

Art & Culture:I’m passionate about movies, fashion, styling, and contemporary art. I also love learning about different languages and cultures.

Food & Pets:I don't smoke and don't have any pets of my own (though I absolutely adore animals, especially cats!). In my free time, I occasionally love experimenting with different cuisines in the kitchen.

If you'd like to share the food, I'll ve more than happy, and I'll pay my portion, if not I could arrange my own food, I can't cook for everyone because my cookwares are all single size, I don't have any living room furniture

I don't have any pets, though it's totally fine if you have a dog or cat, I love cat very much!
