Personal introduction
hey there, i work full time in penrith and i’ve been there for 5 years now. (I don’t work from home) i’m friendly and easygoing, just looking for a chill place that is also clean and tidy but not obsessively so. i like to just be open and chat about stuff, I’m not into leaving passive aggressive notes, stuff like that. like to eat well (mostly!) and hit the gym (well, sometimes) and im out quite a bit. i’m looking for a 3 month stay to start and extend longer to 6+ months if we find its a good fit and we both want to ☺️i’m into creative stuff, reading, music, and i like to go out to see friends on my days off.
Compatible people
mainly after chill, friendly vibes, funny banter is good!
would be nice to live with people who are thoughtful, friendly, kind, inclusive, pretty clean and tidy but not obsessive, assumes the best of people and talks openly about concerns in a healthy mature way.
i like my me time and my space so i hope to get that and give you the same at home too

Food sharing and furniture
i prefer to just buy and prepare my own food most of the time but would be happy to share meals now and then for fun!
