Seeking Female Housemate to Team Up for a Long-Term Rental in the Shire!

Hi! I'm looking for a like-minded female to team up with in the search for a long-term rental in the Sutherland Shire.

A little about me...

I'm an active, outdoors-loving person who spends most of my free time surfing, exploring new places, taking photos, keeping fit, and enjoying adventures with my Labrador, Arlo.

Arlo and I are a package deal and have been together for over five years. We've travelled and lived in various coastal towns up and down the NSW/QLD Coast, and he's become the best little adventure buddy anyone could ask for. He's incredibly well-behaved, gentle, and affectionate. Basically a big teddy bear who loves people and enjoys being part of the action. I'd love to find someone who genuinely enjoys dogs and is happy sharing their home with one who thrives on human company and attention.

What I'm looking for...

Home is my sanctuary and safe space, so I'm hoping to find someone with a similar mindset. I'm a quiet, respectful, and considerate person who enjoys their own space but is always happy to stop for a chat, share a coffee, or catch up occasionally.

I tend to be an early-to-bed, early-to-rise kind of person, usually starting my day with a sunrise walk along the beach with Arlo. Life keeps me busy between full-time work, fitness, reformer Pilates, outdoor activities, and a second job, so I really value a calm, peaceful, and tidy home environment.

I'm also environmentally conscious and try to live mindfully, so it would be wonderful to find someone whose values align with mine.
