Hi my name is Ronnie, 40 from London, living in Randwick. I work Recruitment and work for myself. I am a friendly, bubbly person who enjoys being active and living close to the beach and also socializing with friends.

I am currently looking for a new room mate the details of the apartment and room are below.

Nice sized 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 parking spot apartment in Randwick. In between Randwick, Coogee and Clovelly. Nicely situated 10 minute walk to Coogee beach and about a 15 minute walk to Clovelly beach.

The apartment is nicely decorated and has nice furniture so is nice an presentable for someone who is just looking for a room to rent.

Transport links are as follows - There are bus stops within a one minute walk to Bondi Junction and about a 3 to 5 minute walk to buses that go to the CBD. The tram is about a 15 minute walk away also.

There is also a car park available so if you have a car there is a space there. At the moment i don't have a car but there is also street parking below. There is aircon in the front room only and there is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The room is currently being used as an office but i am going to move the furniture and computer equipment in to my bedroom.

The room itself is a large bedroom that would suit a double/queen bed and 1 or 2 bed side tables. It has large built in double wardrobes. The room also has wooden blinds so keep the room nice and dark if you want that. The sun usually comes in in the morning and in the afternoon the sun moves to the other side of the apartment.

The bond would be a months rent and the lease would run until end of May 2025 which i have already extended. The room is available within a week (could be sooner) it is a flexible move in date really.

The bond would be a months rent $2000
And the weekly rent would be $500/week paid fortnightly NOT including bills.

Internet around $50/month
Gas and Electric is usually around $400-$500 a quarter
