I've recently sold all of my furniture and appliances but I have a couch that I'd prefer to keep if possible. It's a high quality fold out sofa which is handy if family or friends come to stay occasionally.
My wish list is to a place with mirrored BIR, bathtub and garage to store sporting equipment etc.
Living with people who are considerate and calm, clean & tidy, enjoy friendly & fun interactions with others in the house and value effective communication are musts. I do not want to live in a party house with people who regularly abuse drugs.
