Hello, my name is Olivia (Liv) and I am looking for a short term let from early Nov - mid Jan as I am finally coming back home Sydney for summer after living in London and Italy since 2018. A bit about me - I am 28, originally from Sydney, but moved over to London for work etc. I work in influencer marketing / model management and brand partnerships (I’m a publicist) for a London based agency, and my beautiful job allows me to work remotely if I am abroad. I am super respectful girl, who loves (and misses) the beach, keeping fit an healthy. I love meeting new people and travelling. I adore exploring new places/ countries and trying out different cafes/ bars/ restaurants. In my spare time I love catching up with friends for food/ drinks etc, going to the beach, going to yoga / the gym etc
Since I work remotely, I’d be working from my laptop either at cute cafes or at home in the afternoon, possibly the morning if I have meetings, however I’d be super respectful and do this in my room etc.

Originally, a northern beaches girl(I grew up in Avalon), I have basically lived independently since of the age of 12 years, as I was a full time boarder from year aged 12-18 years (year 7-12). When I was accepted into university I leased around the Eastern Suburbs and inner west to be close to uni and work. Therefore, when it comes to being a tenant i am very reliable when it comes to paying rent and a bond. Furthermore, I love excercising, I do ballet a lot at the Sydney Dance Company and do a lot of yoga and pilates at Fitness First. Food sharing and furniture
I am pretty much always working so i tend to cook and plan my meals ahead ready to take to work, however always up to have a cute family dinner :) I quite healthy, but love my Messina haha. I just have my clothes and personal items, no furniture as all my things are in London. I however, am always up for contributing in to buy any house hold items or appliances that benefit the house and house mates at large.
