My name is Paul Powers and I've been living in Sydney for 2 years now. I've started my own production company this year, which is very exciting, and nerve racking, but I love what I do and it's been going really successfully so far. I'm looking for a place to call home around the Erskineville and Newtown area.
I'm a happy/positive guy, big film buff and love a good netflix show. I try and go to the gym 3-4 times a week and eat rather healthy, no actually that's kind of a lie, but I try to. I'm always inclusive and I'm hoping to find housemate/s the same.
I also am very respectful to private space and while I enjoy housemate friendships and find a friendship at home so important, I also totally get independence and having your alone time to wind down and do what you want.
In the mornings I'm all about coffee. In the evening when I get home I'm all about a knock off drink - catch up, chin wag and movie or show.
