About this person
Hi, my name's Klint. I’ve moving back to Sydney after being away for 2 years.
I’m now looking to settle into a new place that is walking distance to a Metro line station areas (either inner city - Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, or lower North Shore - Crows Nest, North Sydney area)
I work in property development and keep fairly busy during the week, but I always make time for the gym, catching up with mates, and cooking a good meal.
I'm calm, reliable, and easy to live with. I value a clean, peaceful space and am always up for a friendly chat, shared drink, or the occasional house dinner — but I also appreciate downtime and giving each other space. I’m in a phase of life where I’m focused on creating balance, so a comfortable and respectful home environment is important to me.
Ideally, I’m looking to team up with someone like-minded to find a place together or move into an existing setup that feels like home. I’m open to something around $500–$600 per week, especially if it’s in a great location within 15 minutes of a Metro station.
Happy to chat if it sounds like we’d be a good fit!

Important personal qualities
Clean, respectful, friendly, considerate
Food sharing and furniture
I'm happy to share food, but my previous experience with flatmates is that it's easiest to do your own thing. Up for a weekly meal or some arrangement like that.
