Hi, I am Ivan, I have been living in Sydney for over 10 years, my background is Croatian. I am a happy go lucky artistic type, I like socialising as much as I like retreating and working on my projects and life goals which takes up majority of my time, my current obsession is Virtual Reality. I currently work part time from home in film video editing and do some studying on the side. I am also in between work contracts I take up in TV shows as an assembly editor. (I have worked on shows such as The Amazing Race, Crickey It’s the Irwin’s and My Kitchen Rules etc.) I am looking for a relaxed LGBT friendly share house with people of any age - I am also currently getting rid of a lot of furniture so can bring that over unless I get rid of it by that point, I have lived by myself for the past year and my contract is expiring, I would like to live closer to the city but I do have experience living in flat-share households. I think a good flatmate is someone who is very open and direct, and can address an issue as soon as it arises. Someone who is willing to discuss things and knows how to compromise, is good for a chat but can respect we all need out own time.
