Hi there , Im 40 years old Australian with A Maltese background , I am currently leasing my own place in Meadowbank although looking to move out due to rent increase alongside my lease being up on the 21/11/23.

I'm pretty easy to get along with as I am
Outgoing And down to earth kind of guy , I’m very respectable to one another privacy ,possessions, house rules and gender ... as I would only expect the same.

Weekdays I work as a general hand and labour in the entertainment sector alongside being self employed as a DJ/Event Host and mobile music tutor for a successful business that I run which trades under the name of On Point Entertainment

I’ll be working from my bedroom/ office most of the time, that being said the majority of my work will be generated via social and E Mail and the odd phone call, there will be no conflict of interest when it comes to privacy.

Off a weekdays hours vary as I take on job offers at my obligations

Off a weekend my working hours are generally between 5-2am (Depending on gig) Then general I go and visit my GF.

So I will be coming home at early hours of the morning , but that also being said I am mindful And respectful to keep it quite when coming home.

In my free time , I like to hit the Gym , Go for a walk ,wash my car visit family or Watch a Movie, I like to eat healthy, So I’ll generally be in the kitchen most of the time cooking up a storm. But from time to time I will get lazy and just order some take away. I am a neat an tidy person as I always clean up after myself.

Im easy with sharing food just as long as its healthy Im not one to eat alot of take away alternatively I’m happy to buy my own.

Just my bed , studio desk , table , toyboy ,tv unit and lounge (but if need everything besides my bed , toyboy music desk can stay at my brothers)
