Having compatible communication styles is the most important quality for me in housemates (even more than compatible personality types and shared interests). I want to live with people who voice their needs and concerns (but in a functional and respectful way) as ‘how you say something’ counts for as much as ‘what you say!’

Food sharing and furniture
I am a communal type person and am always happy to share groceries and some meals/cooking, but also don’t mind if others want to do their own thing! I am not vegetarian or vegan (I admit to be ethically weak) however I do consider myself a ‘conscious meat eater’ and am happy to eat/cook veggie to accommodate those who are :)
I also have a sandwich press, smoothie maker, and juicer to contribute to kitchen appliances, and an old school Nintendo 64 to contribute to the communal living area!
