I coach basketball and tennis at a private school whilst building an online basketball brand so I'm out of the house a lot.
During the week I'm up early to get to work and back home around 9am until work kicks off again at midday.
During that time I'll either be cooking / eating or heading out to train or working on the biz from home, a cafe or library.
Depending on the day of the week I'll work or be out of the house from midday to until 8pm to 10pm.
Pretty random hours but that's the life of a sports coach!
