Jodie

Hi there! We are Bella and Jodie and we are looking for a wonderful third (and even possibly fourth) housemate. We are looking to move towards the end of March (Bella’s current lease ends on the 7th of April, so we are on a little bit of a timer). We don’t have a place yet because we want someone to join us on the search (so that we find somewhere that suits all of us).

A little about Bella: Bella is 23 and moved to Sydney from Melbourne a year ago. She works full-time for a not-for-profit in North Sydney but works from home on Mondays and Fridays. She is an energetic person who loves the company of others. Bella is able to pay up to $350 in rent and needs a car spot.

A little about Jodie: Jodie is 24 and moved to Sydney from New Zealand a year ago. She works full-time for a law firm in the CBD but works from home on occasion. She loves spending time with her friends and wants someone to help create a fun and homely place together. Jodie is able to pay up to $450 in rent and would preferably like an ensuite.

Benefits of living with us: Bella will ensure there are always flowers in the house and she comes with lots of house plants. Jodie cooks really yummy dumplings and will always provide good vibes.

A little about what we are looking for: We are looking for someone who will be a friend and a housemate; someone who will be down to go out, have friends over or watch movies together. We would love someone who is tidy, kind, fun, and a people person.
