I am a corporate professional working full-time (5 days a week in office). I’m a friendly introvert who trains at the gym 3-4 days per week and fills the weekends with coastal walks, lazy days on the beach, and discovering hidden gem eateries (ask me for recommendations!).
Former flatmates describe me as super tidy/organised/clean (used to have my own home organisation business but not a freak about it, I swear!), considerate, respectful, and easy-going. I live a pretty quiet and peaceful life; non-smoker, no drugs, not a party animal.
I consider home to be a sanctuary for rest and relaxation. I believe common areas should be kept tidy out of respect for everyone in the home. Hoping to find a flatmate with similar qualities. I do not have pets but don’t mind if you do (love them but unfortunately can’t have any of my own). Would love to develop a friendship with whoever I live with (sharing the occasional meal or night out, etc) but also very respectful of boundaries and the need for personal space.
Ideally, I am looking for a private room and bathroom. Location is flexible, however, I prefer to be close to the city and public transport due to work in the CBD.
