Amjad (AJ) has been sharing my place as my housemate since he relocated to QLD from Sydney in May 2020, he’s been working as a pharmacist and consultant.
The only reason he’s moving out now, is because my new partner and I have decided to live together, and would like the extra room and privacy. Otherwise, I would be happy for him to keep renting my room and sharing my home. I have asked him to start looking for a new place, but he’s welcome to stay here until he does.
Amjad has been an excellent tenant and housemate, he’s always paid his rent of $300/week inclusive of all bills on time and was always ahead in his rent by 1-2 weeks.
He took great care of my place, and is very clean and tidy, he’s a professional and mature guy. Not a party guy, and prefers to meet friends and family outside the house.
He was renting his own bedroom, and had his own bathroom, and we shared the common areas. He’s always been easy to live with and respectful of personal space and privacy.
I would highly recommend him as a tenant to any landlord or housemate and would be happy to discuss giving him a reference further by phone if needed.
