Looking to find an all inclusive room/granny flat to rent on a quiet and comfortable property.
I currently have my own rental property, but have to break lease due to a breakup and keeping my own peace. I am disappointed to have to leave as it was the perfect space to call home. I take great pride in my home space and maintenance duties. I enjoy nature, privacy, peace and quiet.
I am currently happily working as a chef in high quality residential care facility and I have previously owned a cleaning business for a 5 year period for high-end homes and businesses.
I like to stay busy and stick to a consistent routine and keep to myself, I’m not into partying and not interested in drama.
I would be looking at something for the next 6 months.
Looking for areas within a 40km radius of Toowoomba.

Prefer to arrange own meals and maybe share a fortnightly or monthly shared meal. I have furniture in storage if needed. I have a small box freezer I would like to plug somewhere and use, currently in a temporary location. Follow a minimal carb style diet (incl. meat/veg), but love food and cooking.
