Laurence is my name. 5' 5". Happy go lucky fella. I got by the name "Loz".
I'm a Microsoft Certified Engineer by Trade.
Day Trader / Mentor / Coach. Internet Marketer of 30 years.

I moved from the Gold Coast about 4 yrs ago where I met my fiancée who's a professional hairdresser of 26 yrs, in pursuit of work we visited Rockhampton for a few mths where my fiancée grew up. From there we decided to visit Melbourne where we lived for 18 mths. Then Adelaide end of June in the hope 2 relocate 2 Adelaide however it wasn't 4 us.
Some time afterwards we found jobs. She didn't enjoy it & quit. I stayed behind 2bpick up the pace, make n save money so we could eventually rent a nice house. This was shortly lived.
My lady had a nervous breakdown from all the stress and is in hospital.
I sustained an injury. WorkCover Queensland is paying me fortnightly the equivalent 2 the $66k a yr salary from the company I was working with.

Rental Options R becoming limited. I'm now back in Toowoomba - as I say my lady has been taken ill & she's in hospital - & I need 2 B here 2 help wherever I can. So as u can probably tell.
I'm desperately / eagerly looking 4 a place 2 call home.
Update: she out of hospital now after being in there for 3 mths.
Finding a place seems worse than be4. I'm now couch surfing at a friend's house. But my lady & I have 2 leave on the 20th Jan' as her daughter is coming home & we were using that.
I'm really exhausted mentally trying 3 find somewhere. Physically too - more than I care to let on. Brachial Plexus Injury isn't anything 2 smile about.

Prior 2 being here in toowoomba waiting for my WorkCover to be approved. I had been living on the streets for few weeks, and hostels. Not ideal. I have studies 2 do. Physio appointments, etc or otherwise my injury is going 3 take way longer than absolutely necessary 2 heal.

The housing crisis across Australia is getting out of hand. I'd really appreciate if anyone can accommodate me, so I don't have 2 stress every day.
It would b nice if I can just put my feet up, & not have 2 worry about anything, make plans - & not have them ruined by something getting in the way.
Other than my recent drama...lol I'm otherwise a chilled out guy, helpful, reliable, dependable, respectful, polite & 'm domesticated enough to spot clean after myself, & others, & I always put the toilet seat down if there's a lady amongst the other housemates.

I'm quiet so not to wake people up, I'm a bit of a night owl. Clean and Tidy, like to cook, watch movies, have a beer on special occasions or social gatherings. Respectful of others property and privacy, helpful and considerate of others. Like playing board games, card games (poker especially)... Pretty easy going fella all round to be honest.

I don't mind sharing food. I don't have any furniture, I've not so long ago come back from Las Vegas (after 7 years). I'm not a vegetarian.
