Hi there! I'm a 30-year-old veterinary science student that works casually as waitress and the occassional pet sitting job. My current housemate is a 36-year-old full time chef. When we are not working or studying, you can find us indulging in our passions for gaming, geocaching, camping, fishing and exploring new foodie spots. Both are non-smoker with no pets (happy to have them around though) or kids. We appreciate a clean and respectful living environment. We are looking for a place with at least 2 bedrooms which is big enough for a queen bed, tall boy and a desk. If can't fit the desks then preferably a study or area for 2 desks, lock up storage for outdoor equipment, space for some gym equipment and 2 spaces for cars (mazda3 and 4WD).
We have our own furniture so looking for an unfurnished place or somewhere with multiple living spaces that require furniture. We are open to any suitable place in any location around townsville. Our lease will be up on the 14th of June, our plan is to start the search and getting paperwork completed at the start of May with the hunt starting mid May to hopefully secure something early June.

Important personal qualities
We have both lived in shared housing for multiple years. We are clean and tidy people, like a chat but also enjoy our own time. Both cook for ourselves and clean up afterwards. We respect everyone's property and space and expect others to show us the same courtesy
Food sharing and furniture
Food we like to arrange our own as I have dietarys and can be away for multiple nights. We have furniture and stuff to furnish a lounge, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and if the desks don't fit a study, as well as a home gym.
