Hi, I am looking for a room in Bundy area for myself and my partner, we r both female, tidy and good tenant. We have been in Bundy few yrs now and we like this area, so happy to stay as long as we can.
We don’t have pets but we r animals lover , non-smoking, not party people at all, quiet and respectful of others privacy. We r not wasteful people at all, we are very frugal.
We are polite and respectful people and have a some very positive rental reference letters, should you wish to see them.
The reason we r looking for a new rental is our landlord is selling his house and move on to another life stage.
We are looking for secure and quiet accommodation, double room or granny flat would be great. Prefer in the town or near town if possible as my partner need to catch up bus or train by herself sometimes.
My partner travels between Brissy and Bundy for her master degree, and I currently work at two jobs, approximately 6-7 days per week.
If you are looking to find a good tenant or house sitter please contact with me, We can help with yard work, looking after owner’s pet, as we done happily for every landlord or co-tenant who we have lived with.
