Hi! I'm Max, 30y.o. working full time in hospitality and running my own business as a silversmith (I make jewellery and run workshops).
I ran a share house for 7+ years on the far south coast so I highly value having a successful shared space where everyone gets what they need and the house is well looked after.

I've lived with a lot of different people over the years and became very flexible. So unless someone is incredibly messy or unkind then it's guaranteed to be a good time.
Food sharing and furniture
I like cooking together and sharing the basics too (flour, milk, salt, etc) but I find that having your own personal items that are off limits helps avoid most conflicts. I don't have any dietary limitations but I love eating clean and healthy.
As for furniture I like sharing furniture and feel that works well especially when everyone is very respectful of eachothers possessions.
