The best thing about this place is the amazing views to the city. It has a huge back garden for pottering in, and a large utility room that can be converted into another living space. Down the road is Fairfield station and its super close to the shops. It will just be the two of us and Harley in the house. Hello future housemate! This apartment is located in a quiet building in a nice leafy neighbourhood within walking distance to local shops, cafes, gyms, Armadale Station (5-6 mins!), as well as High St tram (5mins) and Dandenong Rd trams (6mins). We're very well connected to public transport! The apartment is located on the top third floor and has lots of windows to let in light and is very spacious. Whilst the apartment is currently fully furnished, we welcome any new plant babies into the home (our housemate that’s just moved out is the plant mum & the remaining two of us are mediocre at keeping plants alive, at best). Street parking is available and a parking permit will be available to you. The street is quiet and there is always plenty of parking available.
