The unit is carpeted and is clean. Kitchen is functional and clean. Shower bath combo. Water gets scalding hot. Bathroom has exhaust fan a large mirror, cabinet space and contains the washing machine. Large lounge dining area. Other bedroom (mine) is slightly larger in size and has a built in wardrobe.
