Home Description
Description of the home
My place, every one walks straight to the balcony - looks out over North Tce and the Art Gallery / University - so that's a highlight! There is also a pool, a spa and a sauna that are often mentioned as well. Plus a gym, and even a table tennis table...
The living area and kitchen are large, and very comfortable. The main bathroom is next to the two rooms in looking to rent out, and I have an ensuite from my bedroom.
The apartment's balcony is North facing, so plenty of sun in winter and nicely shaded in summer. We have central air conditioning, but barely need it most of the time. Ceiling fans will be installed shortly as well.
Obviously close to the Uni, and Adelaide's tram stops outside. Easy to get to city night spots along Rundle or elsewhere, and the Botanic gardens are a short walk. Royal Adelaide is a straight line on the tram, or around the corner to the beach at Glenelg. I can recommend Torrens River or the Parklands for a morning run.
I don't currently have a car park available, but if that's important we can speak to a neighbour. City living though, generally don't need a car!

Open to rearranging the rooms a bit to suit the right people, a couple new to Adelaide who need a place for their first few months are my first thought. Really though, could be anyone. FIFO? Semi-retired? Your place is being renovated? Working visa? 🤷♀️
